Kramer joined as our receptionist in 2020. With over 7 years of customer service background, he excels in providing support to effectively problem solve and connect compassionately with our clients. He studied at Western Washington University. Kramer's evolving knowledge for immigration policy has given him the opportunity to grow into a legal assistant position. Kramer has a passion for technology and strives to better our firm with continual updates to policy and procedure.
