Amended H1B Policy Impacts Traveling Workers

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service ("USCIS") issued a new policy, requiring employers to file amended H1B petitions when the worksite location changes.  This final guidance requires information technology, management consulting, and other project-based companies to spend more on legal and filing fees for their employees with H-1B visas.
